To protect boxes within boxes, we have our Magical Corner Sample Pack. A set of all the different sizes of our mushroom-grown corner pieces so you can decide which size is best for your products. Whether sending a small carton in an outer box or a rectangle-shaped product, our Magical Corner Protectors ensure they're secured while on the move.

To create our corner protectors at our Beeston, Nottingham, or Mushroom 2 facility, we combine mycelium (mushroom roots) with natural agricultural by-products, mostly hemp waste. This blends into protective, eco-friendly, water-resistant Mushroom® Packaging that can be grown into pretty much any shape.

It's completely sustainable and carbon-low alongside fully protective for your goods-in-transit—we rigorously vibration, edge-crush, and drop-test all our designs.

Our Magical Corner Sample Pack of the three different corner protector sizes allows you to make an informative choice on the one which suits your business.

The three different size corner protectors are:

  • Two small (10mm thick with 47mm x 47mm x 47mm internal sizes)
  • One medium (18mm thick with 90mm x 90mm x 47mm internal sizes)
  • One large (27mm/34mm thick with 115mm x 115mm x 65mm internal sizes)

SHIPPING INFO

  • 10 weeks pre-sales and fulfilment starts from 1st of May
  • Orders are normally processed within 24 Hours Monday to Saturday.
  • Samples are shipped by Royal Mail FirstClass tracked 24 hours, with the exception of Sundays and UK Bank Holidays.
  • Carton and Pallet orders are shipped the next business day with the exception of Weekends and UK Bank Holidays.
